I believe so much in the power of print, and of a well made one at that. Printing photos is something that just doesn’t happen as much as it used to, and little wonder too. Personally I have thousands of photos in my cloud, that may or may not be there forever. When I want to save digital media, I have at least 4 copies of my files in different locations – that’s because technology has been known to fail us from time to time. We are not all media and online storage experts, but we all know how to get prints made!
I actually lost a whole summer’s worth of photographs from a trip to Lebanon that my husband and I took when we were still engaged. We were there to host our engagement party, and yes, I lost every single digital file from that summer. The only ones I have left are the prints I had the foresight to make before my hard drive went kaput. I was never more thankful for printed photographs than the moment I realized I lost those files (which was months after it happened!).
So, what’s the point of this story? It can happen to anyone and it does. Prints however, they’re here to stay. The only reason I know everything I do about my own parent’s wedding day, is definitely NOT because they remembered all the little details after so many years. It’s because of their printed wedding albums that I spent so much time pouring over as I grew up.
Digital media doesn’t always fail, but it definitely becomes outdated! The other day, I borrowed an audio book on CD from the library only to realize I didn’t have anything to play them on. I remember the day I watched a movie where a character inserts a tiny CD into a TV to launch a video and was in awe that one day ALL movies would be on tiny CDs. Well, that was short lived…

Albums must be approved and ordered by February 20, 2019. Once the promotional value expires, you will be charged the difference at the current album rate in order for your order to be completed.
