When I first started posting sneak peeks of this session on my social media, it started to dawn on me how important it is to commemorate even the small events in your life and keep taking photos. I really wanted to work with Nour, but I love couples photography very much so I suggested that her and Yousuf do the session together and it was the best thing ever! You can easily tell how happy and easy going these two are, and they are so perfect for one another.
I met Nour via instagram, (can you believe that’s a normal thing we say now?) She is a Toronto fashion blogger and we decided to shoot at St.George campus for the architecture and it turns out that they both graduated from there so it was even better! I always like to do sessions at locations that have a meaning to the couple I am working with. It was a cold day, but you wouldn’t even be able to tell from their gorgeous smiles.
Nour & Yusuf went on to start their family shortly after this and later co-created Revive Superfoods and I’ve had the honour to watch Nour grow in many ways via the ‘gram. It’s inspiring to see Women in Business thrive and aim high.
